Monetify ("we", "us", or "our") is a software application that provides retail arbitrage scanning, profit evaluation, and watchlist tools for Amazon sellers. Our registered business name is Line&Lever LLC and we are based in Danville, IN.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following types of data:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register for Monetify.
  • Amazon seller data: With your explicit authorization, we access data from your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), including product information, pricing, and sales analytics data that you grant us access to.
  • Usage data: Information about how you use the Monetify application, including features accessed, scan history, and watchlist items.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system for security and service improvement purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Monetify application and its features.
  • Display product scanning results, profit estimates, and watchlist alerts to you.
  • Process your subscription payments and manage your account.
  • Send you product notifications, alerts, and service communications that you have opted into.
  • Improve the reliability and performance of our service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your Amazon seller data for any purpose other than providing Monetify's stated features to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or any unauthorized purpose.

4. Amazon Selling Partner API data

Monetify accesses Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) data on your behalf only after you grant explicit authorization. We handle all SP-API data in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Specifically:

  • Amazon seller data is used exclusively to provide features within Monetify.
  • We do not share or transfer Amazon seller data to any third parties except as required to operate our service (e.g., secure cloud infrastructure).
  • You can revoke Monetify's access to your Amazon data at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account settings.
  • Upon revocation or account deletion, we delete your Amazon seller data from our systems within 30 days.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We implement access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews to protect your information. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@monetify.com. Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
